The open shower design is horrible. The room was n The open shower design is horrible. The room was new tidy and immensely large. The coffee pot was broken. A large refrigerator with no milk for your coffee.

Terrible bathroom situation Toilet was clogged when I checked in and nothing was done to fix it during my stay. I called 3 times over 15 hrs.

Cleanliness of the carpets I was not impressed with the carpet in my room the colour look dirty and I was afraid to take my shoes off I like the view but the carpets from the elevator the hallways thru my room need to be changed What I suggest to replace the carpets by the nice carpet at the reception lobby this carpet is soft and look very nice

Definitely not worth the price. We were excited when we arrived until we turned the heat on in the room before going to bed. The air coming out of the vents smelled like we were sitting in a seafood restaurant. At first we thought it was coming from another room where the residents were cooking dinner. We realized afterwards that it was coming from the vents. We kept the window open all night just to tolerate the smell. Disappointed. We had no hot water on Sunday morning and the heat was not working both Saturday and Sunday. We were very disappointed and will not return.

New Hotel near Bronx Gorgeous appearing hotel. Front Desk Staff upon check in, Excellent! Arrived at around 3am or so. Took shower, hot/cold knob was not working, had to hold it in place while trying to shower, and wouldn't drain. Bed pillow smelled of dirty feet, it was soo late, we were exhausted so did not call at that hour to remedy anything.
