The tv did not work because of upgrades being done so traveling alone in a hotel room by myself without a tv was quite boring. I called down to they front desk asking when the work would be finished they did t know, told me to log into Amazon or Netflix to stream, but couldn’t since I don’t have accounts. One of the front desk staff was extremely rude, had no interest in resolving the tv issue and hung up the phone on me. When I called back she told me to come to the lobby I can watch tv there. THERE WAS A CEILING LERAK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, 2 AM. KEPT US UP AND NEEDED TO CLEAN UP FOR A 1.5 HRS. NOT MUCH SLEEP IF ANY! DRIPPED INTO A WASTE BASKET
Why so many stars??? Staff are nice enough and try hard and if you don't mind a hotel with barely there staff and service this is for you.
