Get directionsMy electric sockets were not working when I arrived. I was trying to charge my phone when I got to the room. Nothing worked. The desk clerk wanted to sell me a new charger instead of sending someone up to the room to check it out. My tv stopped working at 7 in the morning I was told the engineer comes in at 11. After going back and forth someone came up and fixed it. There was a large bug in my room. Disgusting. It was not a good experience.

I didn’t like the fact that the heating system in my room was not working and I called front desk who sent a technician but he couldn’t fix it and I had to put on warm clothes and go under the blanket to sleep early and couldn’t sit on chair to relax etc and they had no more rooms available and couldn’t give me a refund to go to another hotel because booked thru a 3rd party Expedia and they have to pay U commission. Room wasn’t ready at check in. Another family in front of me also was in the same predicament. I was told it was a maintenance issue. When I finally got in the room, and was in the shower, someone walked in the room. I later found out it was housekeeping which is odd considering it was after check in time. I just didn’t get a good vibe off this place and I am a status member.
Poor. TV didn’t work and pull out couch was so uncomfortable. The mattress was thin that the bars came right through the thin mattress

Surprisingly underwhelming I’m extremely underwhelmed and disappointed in the state of this hotel. One of the elevators smelled like dog urine. There was clear packing tape used in the bathroom to hold up the shower door, the bathroom mirror was chipped/damaged, wallpaper was peeling & carpet lifting in some areas.
