The room wasn’t what we was expecting for the price of the room it had a few broken draws a few towels had stains the rug was dirty the sink was clogged

Breakfast server was not friendly to answer food ingredient information. it was very important for an allergy issue. check in agent was not very helpful

Not a good experience not worth it. Was supposed to get a credit never received.
The room was not clean properly had hair all over the bed and in the shower. I called management and they gave me another room.Staff was pleasent and escort us making sure the other room was more suitable.
Overbooked with poor customer service I paid a lot for a room so my friends and I would have a safe place to stay while attending an event in the city. Upon arrival, my room was downgraded without anyone saying a word. Had I not gone back down and said something, they'd have happily charged me for a significantly bigger room than I was in. When I went downstairs and said there was a mistake, the staff tried to make me think I was wrong or confused (I think the difference between a stuido and a bedroom are pretty obvious...... read more
Nice and new facilities; bad housekeeping. Bed sheets were dirty when we check in. Shower with hairs. 2 towels 1 soap for 4. We had to request towels, blankets, etc. at 11:30 pm when we're exhausted from the trip. Knowing all of this they didn't even offer a single dollar off. The least a hotel can do is have clean beds for their guest.
