Best Bet Bronx Great hotel room - roomy, well appointed, fixtures and furnishings in good condition. This was a suite with kitchen appliances that worked, and adequate stuff to make a meal if so desired. Good location, easy self parking. Nice lobby. Staff friendly and helpful. Would give it a five if it had a pool.

This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.

My electric sockets were not working when I arrived. I was trying to charge my phone when I got to the room. Nothing worked. The desk clerk wanted to sell me a new charger instead of sending someone up to the room to check it out. My tv stopped working at 7 in the morning I was told the engineer comes in at 11. After going back and forth someone came up and fixed it. There was a large bug in my room. Disgusting. It was not a good experience.
