Disappointed Not a good experience, When me and my family entered the room we realized that the carpet is very wet the room had a bad odor , we had to move to another room ,when we turned the ac on it smell like urine. When we checked out the front desk lady had zero customer service skills very rude, not friendly no smile.
the elevator was not clean. there was an issue with the microwave. i put a microwable popcorn and the microwave started sparking and lot of smoke. the smoke alarm did not go off. i had to open the window and open the door to get the smoke out.The manger explained why. i was not satisfied with the situation. i was disappointed for the 1st time.

Terrible service I felt like I was profiled I was checked out my room by someone in the hotel and they tried to tell me I didn’t pay and they removed all my items from the room was an total embarrassment and didn’t appreciate being treated that way
