Excellent The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious and loved having a separate bedroom and living room area. Best part was the shower. I've never had so much water pressure in a shower before. It was wonderful. Loved the convenience of having transportation service to take us to and from the Yankee game. The breakfast was by far more than expected and very satisfying.

Great experience We stayed here so we could attend a Yankee game. Michael behind the desk was so helpful with transportation and getting around. Keep him! The breakfast in the morning was a surprise and it was superb. It was nice to eat on china and have real silverware. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Great new hotel This is a brand new hotel in the Bronx, everything about it was really very nice. The room was very big with a kitchen and couch. There were free nibbles available in the lobby in the evening, and the breakfast (which is included) had lots of variety and was excellent. I would very definitely stay here again.

new hotel in safe area in Bronx Single middle-aged female with two children looking for a safe, clean, hotel near the Bronx Zoo- not in city due to the long day at the zoo. Getting to hotel went through a tad of a sketchy area, but felt more than safe in hotel area. Brand new hotel with eatery (Applebee's) in hotel concourse Clean room. Friendly staff. Free parking in safe lot directly adjacent to the hotel entrance was a plus. In Manhattan would have had to pay for parking and off-site most likely.

Beautiful Hotel We only stayed one night and wish we stayed more days. Very convenient location, parking is easy. Easy on the eyes everything is gorgeous especially the rooms. Breakfast was great! Staff is so helpful and kind. Only concern is that there is a connecting door to the room next door. Our neighbors were not loud but I wondered if I could hear them could they hear me as clearly. Would definitely stay here again!

It was so great. Clean, new and great staff. It was also in a good location. Not far from the highway, but quiet. The kitchen was a bonus and the hot breakfast was excellent.
