The Atrium Everything was excellent. Hotel had just opened.... Hopefully this level of care will be maintained. Definitely look forward to going back.

Had a great one night! Was attending an event on City Island and was recommended this hotel that was recently renovated. Very nice and modern. Mattress very comfortable, bathroom sleek, shower had good water pressure. Good sleep even though was interrupted with the fire alarm...but on the plus side, the fire alarm had a PA system with it so they were able to let us know what was wrong and give us instructions instead of not knowing what was going on. Great New Bronx Hotel We were in the Bronx to see a Yankees game which is less then 7 miles from the hotel. We asked Denija from the front desk to help us get a cab to the stadium. She said no problem. We came down to the lobby at the agreed time to leave for the game. She said follow me. We went out to the parking lot and she led us to a large upscale SUV(we were expecting a yellow cab) Carlos who works for the hotel drove us right to Gate 4 of Yankee stadium. Family Wedding Services, cleanliness, and location was above my expectations. Breakfast was good but always enough for guest. I will stay again.

Customer Happiness At first Jackie, the staff made it uncomfortable for my husband and I. Yet, once we checked in ourselves and children were happy with the turnout. The night staff spoke on the phone while we were trying to be buzzed in. Yet we did come the first week of opening. I plan on staying here for my honeymoon and pray we are as comfortable as I can imagine. With plans to also rent the conference room for our wedding reception. The turnout was GREAT as a family. New and inexperienced The Hotel was new and everything clean and organized. Everyone was very helpful, better service than I have ever had. The drawbacks were, 1 that the Hotel said there were close to the subway. I do not consider a 15 minute walk close. 2 The evening staff did not know how to handle things when the fire alarm went off. We evacuated the 5 floor via the stairway and when we entered the lobby they were surprised to see us.
