Family Wedding Services, cleanliness, and location was above my expectations. Breakfast was good but always enough for guest. I will stay again.
Customer Happiness At first Jackie, the staff made it uncomfortable for my husband and I. Yet, once we checked in ourselves and children were happy with the turnout. The night staff spoke on the phone while we were trying to be buzzed in. Yet we did come the first week of opening. I plan on staying here for my honeymoon and pray we are as comfortable as I can imagine. With plans to also rent the conference room for our wedding reception. The turnout was GREAT as a family. New and inexperienced The Hotel was new and everything clean and organized. Everyone was very helpful, better service than I have ever had. The drawbacks were, 1 that the Hotel said there were close to the subway. I do not consider a 15 minute walk close. 2 The evening staff did not know how to handle things when the fire alarm went off. We evacuated the 5 floor via the stairway and when we entered the lobby they were surprised to see us. Quality of service I really enjoyed my stay. Customer service, and the food was great as well.
Excellent The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious and loved having a separate bedroom and living room area. Best part was the shower. I've never had so much water pressure in a shower before. It was wonderful. Loved the convenience of having transportation service to take us to and from the Yankee game. The breakfast was by far more than expected and very satisfying.

Great experience We stayed here so we could attend a Yankee game. Michael behind the desk was so helpful with transportation and getting around. Keep him! The breakfast in the morning was a surprise and it was superb. It was nice to eat on china and have real silverware. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.
Great night friendly staff All around an amazing hotel, from the moment you walk through the doors
Great new hotel This is a brand new hotel in the Bronx, everything about it was really very nice. The room was very big with a kitchen and couch. There were free nibbles available in the lobby in the evening, and the breakfast (which is included) had lots of variety and was excellent. I would very definitely stay here again.
