Nice NY Getaway Our family enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location and convenient to public transportation. Remember to check out the free shuttle to the subway, it starts at 7:00am and runs every 20 minutes or so. It's about a 35-minute ride on the subway to Manhattan/Times Square plus the 15-minute walk to the station so if you're going there everyday or so, you may want to stay a little closer in. Beautiful hotel in the Bronx Very courteous staff, beautiful room we stood in the studio king size bedroom. Has everything you need a full sized refrigerator, dishes, wine glasses, a sofa bed, beautiful bathroom. Everything is close by Applebee's, Dunkin doughnuts, McDonald's, the 6 train if you want to head to Manhattan.

New hotel. Good service from entry to leaving. One complaint on handicapped parking. When we came back in the evening the few spaces were gone and I had to wait around to get something remotely close.

Wow what a nice surprise It was a beautiful room. Way more than I expected due to the location and other passed experience with other locations. My family was really satisfied.

Nice hotel and the staff was the best I'm from Richmond Virginia and always heard how rude New Yorkers were but it isn't so , the nicest people were at this hotel. Thank you marriott residents inn
