Best shower I've had in 25 years Great stay!! Best shower I've had in 25 years !!! Clean, great breakfast, and the bar had the game on with delicious drinks !! The bed was soft at marshmallows!
first time traveling I have to say for my first experience in booking a hotel and traveling my overall experience was great. Travelocity made was computer friendly in searching and the customer services people who helped me book the hotel was great. The hotel was actual beautiful better than expected for its location. I would definitely recommend it and go again. Thanks for making my first experience a great one! SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!

Great place in the Bronx! It was great! The staff was nice. The bar in the hotel however was poorly stocked and the bartender not very knowledgeable, but had a very nice personality.
Awesome stay. .. Beautiful hotel. The staff is very courteous. I was very pleased with the room comfort ,very quiet at night. I would definitely come back to stay.
Beautiful hotel Hotel was wonderful, new, large room, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk gave us a detailed map on how to get to the subway, the stops until the one we wanted, and a taxi number to call incase we didn't want to walk back. The subway stop is about a mile away.
Great hotel We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was very helpful and courteous at all hours. The room itself was very comfortable, with a kitchen, sofabed, desk, TV, vanity, firm bed, and spacious bathroom. We were on the 6th floor, so we slept soundly without street noise, although the AC right near the bed got really loud. The breakfast has many hot and cold options, including fresh fruit.
