Excellent customer service! They have an amazing staff that will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations for a hotel in The Bronx. The hotel is close to local public transit that you can take at any time if you desire to go beyond The Bronx. We took the subway everyday to Manhattan and all the other touristy spots in the city. To wrap it up I would stay there again and I totally recommend it to anyone else that loves great customer service.

Second time just as nice Michael was at the front desk when I checked in and remembered me from last time. I was impressed! The staff were friendly, courteous, and the night staff took care of a minor inconvenience for me as well. I almost stayed elsewhere but decided to stay at the Atrium again. It was an excellent decision.

The hotel was convenient to the zoo and Fordham University. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond their duties to help us. My son left behind his homework assignment behind and the staff was able to send it to us so that it was not late. I would most definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was new and clean. Excellent staff....so friendly and accommodating. It came with a great breakfast and the bar was great....really friendly bartender! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place in the heart of the city The Hotel room was excellent love, love, loved it, very comfortable and roomy, the staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. Loved the fact that they had turkey bacon as we are not pork eaters, that was a huge plus. I specially liked it because of its modern décor, I hate those old looking antique rooms. I would highly recommended as a matter a fact I just did and will definitely be returning!
