pleasantly surprised This place was really nice in every way. As soon as you walk in, the scent of hotel was refreshing and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge areas were comfortable and had a modern and chic look. Will go back.
I truly lived the hospitality
Staff was wonderful, and liked the decor. S Staff was very helpful. Was my first trip to NY. It is a little out of the way of the hassle and bussel.
Great hotel and staff
Just what we needed I was in town for a show (I'm a performing artist) and needed a hotel near the venue. This location was perfect and the reviews here on Hotels.com were good, so I gave them a shot. I liked that they were pretty near the highway exit/entrance. At night you'll want to keep your eyes open to find it, though. The hotel was part of a larger complex that had a Duncan Donuts, Applebee's, and café so food was not a problem. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel.. It was too far from everything... Took 19 mins to walk to the subway station also on the days I drove I had to go through tolls
