Kindness After my daughter attempted suicide and she was not expected to recover, I made an emergency trip to Jacobi medical center in the Bronx. It was the weekend the pope was in town and there was a huge concert in central park. I was able to book a room for one night only as the hotel was full. Amazing! Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern and the kitchen is also amazing! The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious...good healthy choices! The hotel also offers free parking with 24 hour security which is a major plus! We will definitely visit again :)
Bronx Oasis This place was perfect for my needs. For years I've had to visit the Bronx and never had a decent place to stay. I've always had to get a room in White Plains or by one of the airports. This place put me right where I needed to be with great service and amenities.
It was very good except the computer system at the reception was soooooooo slow that it took 1hour for me to check in
Felt Like Home & It Felt Like Family Awesome..... The entire staff from Jessica to Micheal at the front Desk to the food services staff to Megan at the Bar. My family & I where there for a funeral on our way to the hotel we where involved in a car accident that didn't get us to the hotel until 3am, we had call ahead to let the front desk know what had happen and Jessica at the front desk assured us that our room was secure and ready for us. HOTEL IS COMPLETE IN EVER ROOM WITH 3 SEPARATE AREAS+BATH.THE KITCHEN HAS DISHWASHER! AS WELL AS REFRIG&STOVE+PLATES&SILVERWARE;LIVING ROOM PULLOUTBED&OFFICE+IPOD STATION+LG.FLATSCREEN T.V. Close enough to the city without being in the city I traveled to NY for business meetings and decided to stay outside of Manhattan to get away from the hustle and bustle of being in the city. This turned out to be a great decision because the venue was very inviting and clean and I was able to de-stress after a hectic day of travel and also complete a lot of work, prior to my meetings.
Lovely room, great service on site. Neighborhood is lacking more servives but loved the hotel.
