Great hotel in the Bronx. Had a nice stay here. Room was amazing: spacious, clean, had kitchen. Free wifi. Free breakfast in AM run by courteous and friendly staff. Was unusually difficult to find for cabs and uber drivers as it shares an address with other businesses.
A great place to stay in the Bronx Wanted to nicer place that was close to the Botanical Garden and easy access to the City. This hotel was perfect.
hotel was great, clean, comfortable and staff was great also. however the only draw back was that I left my charger in hotel, called a few hours later and they did not find it, that was disappointing.

Residence Inn Bronx NY Staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast options and had a very comfortable sleep. Our room was well equipped with a nice kitchen area;which we did not expect but were very greatful for. It was a quiet and peaceful area with a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway and bus stops near by to the entrance of the complex. We also enjoyed the 10% discount at the Applebees resturant nextdoor.
I would stay again. The room was clean however when I reached for a plate in the cabinet there was a blob of dried up ketchup 5" in diameter. This should have been checked. It was disgusting to look at. I was given extraordinary assistance during breakfast with my blind husband.
