One of the worst hotel experiences ever. No food options. Under staffed. Paid extra for a room with a balcony. The balcony is barely big enough to even stand on. There is no front drop off area which makes it difficult to grab an uber or food delivery. Our room smelled like sewage and had no hot water. Location is very inconvenient. No walkable food, bar, coffee or store options. Also no drinking in the pool area which isn’t ideal for a vacation. Would not recommend this hotel.

Overall was unhappy with the property. They do not allow you to park your own vehicles and force you to pay a $39 valet fee, which is ridiculous.

Bathroom was gross. Mold was in the shower and looked to not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. Walkable to beach but thr nice beaches are 2 or 3 miles down. I wouldnt stay again and wasnt worth 800 dollars for 2 nights

The are has limited restaurant options. It is too far north from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The water temperature in the shower was way too cool. I know the property is conscience of the environment but the temp was way too cold. We could never get it hot enough to actual enjoy the shower.

Staff did not speak English, front desk black lady was rude and acted like she did not want to be bothered. Also, I was traveling for business and the night auditor said she could not issue me a final invoice, however it never came to my email so now I am chasing them for an invoice. Property is really not worth the cost. Stay somewhere better. Also, I take multiple showers a day and I every time it was a hassle to get good clean sets of towels.

Disappointed The staff at the restaurant was unfortunately rude. The room smelled like an ash tray or a room that was a smoking room for 20 years and recently converted to non-smoking. When we asked the front desk, they simple said it was a guest who may have snuck cigarettes and it lingered. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation
