Property was average, no complaints there aside from nobody coming to clean the room once in 5 days. Management staff was very rude. I was charged twice for everything. The room. The parking. The incidental. The only good thing was that the beach was one street over. Overall, would not return or recommend based on the hassle to get my money back.

This was my second stay and was far from impressed. The toilet had last guess mess in it. The shower was flooding because the drain was clogged. Floors need mopping and sweeping. The hotel over charged me holding $379 dollars on my card. Worst experience ever. They charge $35 a night for parking

I was not happy for $70 parking fee. Couldn't even get to use the pool after 10pm. I checked in at 10pm. If it was mentioned online I would not reserve a room.

My partner and I suffered severe burns everywhere in our body, specially private parts su to the amount of chlorine in the water. Right after the jacuzzi when we showered we couldn’t stand the water temperature and soap due to the burning feeling. All our body and private parts peeled off severely. I have images of the reaction.

Found a dead bug on my bed, water was yellow like urine, I mean imagine taking a shower looking in to yellow food coloring ( if that is a Fort Lauderdale thing someone should let you know at check in ). While entering the shower after the yellow shock there was hair from someone else in shower, not only that but on bed as if never cleaned. Was given another room with a bloody snot like substance smeared on wall. Water build up on 4th floor in hallway, and you know sitting water brings mold! Worst experience.
