Did not say in package that i had to pay almost $40 per night for valet parking been a guest at the Hotel.
from the moment we checked in, until we checked out there was no hot water and no manager to speak with
Good location. However, quite basic to deficient. There is NO hot water to shower and they sent a maintenance person and said that was so. That there wasn't. It does NOT have service on the beach however they provide super small and terrible quality towels. The room is not serviced or cleaned In the stay of 4

The stay was great but if you're hungry, you will have to travel to get food. Nothing is really.that close. Though valet parking was nice, it was purposeles and I found it to be a cash grab. And "the roof top view"? Nothing spectacular, very meh.. Nice room though

I was locked out of my room for two hours because the lock on the door was broken and nobody could get us in. Second the TV wasn’t working for almost 2 days and I usually like to have the TV on for background noise and look at the news. They had to give us a second room with the view to the parking lot. We had a pack and unpack again everything so it was inconvenience and tiring.
Valet parking fee was not mentioned booking through Expedia.
Front desk was not friendly, not helpful and acted like they were bothered. Dining service was terrible and server took her time. No rush for anything. Actually over head a guy wanting hot sauce and the girl said okay and went back to the bar and had a drink then walked around then about 8-10 mins later she brought him the item. Mesn
