First and foremost paying 40 dollars a night for valet parking for my vehicle to still be outside in the rain. Then check in was confusing. I was told there would $150 hold on my card for incidentals which was fine but then a day later my card was charged another $110 !! When I went to the front desk to ask what it was for first it was that my card would be charged every other day for incidentals (which is absurd) then it was for the $25 (for checking in early) and parking for two days, which makes no sense cause that didn’t... read more

The room cleaning doesnt work, even if we asked for it. So no fresh towels, our trash can was extremly full, the ground was really sandy, no toillet paper at the end. So the room service was horrible and the guys on the reception didnt care about it. The parking was very expensive (40 USD per night). So 400 USD for 10 nights is a lot of money, and the park service was not the best. But the view from the room was awesome and the food as well (we tried breakfast and diner).

I called ahead to ask if my room would have a kitchen and was told it would so I purchased $135 worth of groceries. I was told on the phone I could check in at 3. Our flight arrived at 11 AM so we wasted time then got to the hotel at 3:30 then i was told we couldn’t check in for another hour. I was now told check in’s at four.
