Love it! Amazing. But only had valet parking. Informed hotel that it was advertising free parking online. Hotel waived parking fee which was amazing.

A weekend getaway This hotel is lovely! Dori and Cara were fantastic, always had smiles! The only improvements we could see were to have chairs on the balconies, offer a way to ask for the custodial staff to clean the rooms more frequently (they are super clean, but a way to let someone know the trash was full or we needed fresh towels would be great), an airport shuttle, and the toilet paper holder was in an odd spot. But the bed was super comfy and we enjoyed walking to local restaurants.

Excellent staff and location! This hotel was so welcoming and user friendly! Our 4 yr old daughter immediately made friends with with the front desk manager and from then on we got the grand treatment! We were the first to stay in our room as the hotel had only been open two or so weeks. Very nice pool and outdoor seating areas. Excellent location to the beach...cross A1A and there it is! All in all one of my favorite hotel stays ever!

The staff wasn't helpful and the room didn't meet my expectation. But it was okay for one night.
Night staff was rude asked to change rooms abd even offered to pay more if possible and he said couldnt be done qould make them over booked but their website said they have " Rooms Available " if we didnt have the no cancelation from expedia we would have canceld and left

We seems to have drop the ball however at time the third party will show availability but room might be down for different reason, so I do apologize for not having the accommodation for a room move. We do hope you see you again to show you that is just a one time situation and not our norm.
Room is clean but not functional. Water is luke warm at best and takes 5 mins to get to that. AC system is very loud. No soundproofing between rooms. No shuttle service. Room 101 is horrible location. parking
