Sheets, towels, andything made of cloth were filthy
Had some issues with check in. I arrived early and was told my room would most likely be ready at 2pm. I asked the front desk staff to please ck on the room and it was still not ready. Went out for lunch and returned at 3:30pm my room was still not ready. Went to the bar area for a drink. The room was finally ready at 3:50pm. The bathroom was not as clean as I had hoped. Customer from check in to check horrible . No towels in room at check in called for maid service at 1010am wad told for the first time had to request by 10am but will sent towels never came . Have to pay for parking never told there eas a charge
