The room cleaning doesnt work, even if we asked for it. So no fresh towels, our trash can was extremly full, the ground was really sandy, no toillet paper at the end. So the room service was horrible and the guys on the reception didnt care about it. The parking was very expensive (40 USD per night). So 400 USD for 10 nights is a lot of money, and the park service was not the best. But the view from the room was awesome and the food as well (we tried breakfast and diner).

I called ahead to ask if my room would have a kitchen and was told it would so I purchased $135 worth of groceries. I was told on the phone I could check in at 3. Our flight arrived at 11 AM so we wasted time then got to the hotel at 3:30 then i was told we couldn’t check in for another hour. I was now told check in’s at four. I let the lady know know they told me it was at three I showed her the website also says that. we had to wait until about 5:30 PM to check in and when we went to our room we had no kitchen. Booked this hotel because of the modern architecture design of the rooms and the rooms were truly beautiful. You have to call for housekeeping which is annoying but what makes the system worse is you have to do it by 10am that morning. So, if you just found out about that rule the day of past 10, you’ll have to wait till then next morning to have your room cleaned just an annoying thing to have to keep up with. Some of the employees had bad customer service did not receive any cleaning and nobody was at the front desk for checkout .
