Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Very homey and relaxing place to stay.

Great Inn at an Affordable Price Overall good stay at the Wainscott Inn. Very scenic area with plenty of options for rooms. Amenities and staff hours on site are limited, so I'd recommend bringing any food, snacks, water, etc. Also affordable considering the area and other hotel prices. Patty the owner is an extremely pleasant and helpful woman. She was available to assist us with any questions or concerns we had and was always very endearing. A great night at the Wainscott Very welcoming check-in… a true personal touch … Patty, the GM, is extremely pleasant and does a great job representing this property … I will definitely be returning the next time I need to be in in Southampton
