This place is really great! It’s in a good location with nice decor & very clean. The staff are super nice & friendly. Ms. Shelby & Oscar provided excellent service & are very attentive. I look forward to staying here again!

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect!! They checked daily if I required anything to make my stay better. They had fresh gigantic chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. They made sure I knew where to catch the jitney into NY City. Told me places to eat. Honestly this place is a lovely jewel box. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful place for business travel or family vacations.

Amazing property! It was so quaint, clean and well maintained. You are not able to easily walk to the winery and/or downtown (just a note for those coming from the city that are used to walking everywhere) but it is an extremely quick drive and you can also grab an Uber (they came quickly). There was also a small kitchen with waters, coffee and some snacks which was a nice bonus. We loved the outdoor area as well. It was soo nice to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and fall foliage. Thanks for a great stay.

Hosts were very easy to communicate with. We had issues with our heater and they were there in minutes to help reset it! Great location in between Southampton and montauk and sag harbor! Very spacious for our mom & daughter trip!
