Lovely staff, and the rooms a clean and have everything you need -- great heat/ac. Fridge, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Kitchen Sink, TV. Very comfy beds. Simple and stuffiest. Located near to everything the hamptons has to offer.

A beautiful, convenient and enjoyable stay. Everything was great. My girlfriend and I went to Montauk in the morning, had lunch, and were able to check in early to enjoy our evening. We were greeted, and were politely upgraded to a larger room by our host. Thank you for a great, and relaxing weekend!! We will be back😊🇺🇸

Nice little motel out east for maybe a night or 2. A little pricey for what you get, but in a pinch it’s fine….
