SHOULD BE GIVEN 4 PLUS STARS Everything was new and clean. Our King room in the main building was spacious and large. We found everything in the room fresh and new, It is convenient to most points out East and we will definitely return.Family run and it shows how much they care.

Bike trip. Staff very friendly. On a bicycle trip. Gave us early check in just as thunderstorm hit. Pool was nice.

Good for the price (considering it's Hamptons) The hotel was fine. It's a budget option, simple but clean and comfortable. It's not cheap for this type of hotel but considering we are at the Hamptons it's quite good cost / benefit. I have to say though, that the pictures looked better than reality. The bedroom and specially the bathroom was much smaller than I thought. Maybe it's because they have different options of bedroom and I paid for the simpler one.
