A very engaged and friendly front office person, comfortable beds, microwave, television, ironing and hair drying facilities available in the room. The shower tap/nozzle was not that straightforward and a bit hard to ‘get right’, the option of using towels for a second day was also not a consideration and therefore not that eco friendly. A kettle and tea and coffee bags would also have been appreciated apart from the pods that were on offer. It's hard for this midwestern girl to pay over $500 a night for something that felt like a hostel. There are a few easy things to upgrade the stay that would be well worth the investment! - nice pillows, a comforter, and nice towels. The towels were so thin and worn I'd use them as rags... Costco has good towels for $8 each? and great pillows for $10 each... Amazon has a duvet and comforter that would cost $60... These things would have changed my rating to so much higher.
