First off they make you pay for parking which is 40 a night and you have no other option but to pay. Breakfast they have but you are charged for. the deposit is 150 dollars never paid that much anywhere else. And instead of the parking coming out of that 150 they charged my card again. (Without my consent) no balcony in my room the window was broke years before I got there and still wasn’t fixed.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience from my stay June 7–10. The condition of my room did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness. The HVAC vents were visibly coated with dust and debris, and there appeared to be dark staining consistent with moisture damage or possible mold around one of the ceiling vents. View was nice .. that’s about it. Jeff (front staff) was not very friendly, barely smiled, and did not try much to help our situation. However, the manager did his best to help in our situation which is all we can ask for and he was kind to us. Towels were dirty and stained when we first got in the room, floors were dusty and did not look recently swept, Bluetooth mirror did not work, barely any hot water in the shower and “rainfall shower head” only had 2 working settings and neither was the waterfall setting. The hotel it self is a nice hotel in a prime location, the issue was with the lack of attempt or follow up regarding an issue we had with the water temperature. Cool to room temperature showers over the course of a stay with no resolution of sincere apology and effort to accommodate is what really turned our experience from a great one to a disappointing experience. No housekeeping for 4 days despite being asked at check in which day I wanted housekeeping to come. Reception sent me onslaught of automated bot messages but when I messaged them 5 times to ask about room cleaning I received no response.
There's literally nothing to do nearby, you have to walk at least 30 minutes to the closest convenience store. There was a team of teenagers staying in the rooms adjacent to ours and they would be slamming the doors until like 2 am. If you are trying to have a quiet and active stay this isn't your the correct one.
Pool wasn’t nice. Saw a roach in the room
There was not hit water during 2 days despite that I did report it.

The staff weren’t very helpful this place does NOT have hot water and the air conditioner doesn’t work we asked for a partial refund and got denied management said he won’t bother us since we were checking out.
