I called ahead to ask if my room would have a kitchen and was told it would so I purchased $135 worth of groceries. I was told on the phone I could check in at 3. Our flight arrived at 11 AM so we wasted time then got to the hotel at 3:30 then i was told we couldn’t check in for another hour. I was now told check in’s at four. Booked this hotel because of the modern architecture design of the rooms and the rooms were truly beautiful. You have to call for housekeeping which is annoying but what makes the system worse is you have to do it by 10am that morning. So, if you just found out about that rule the day of past 10, you’ll have to wait till then next morning to have your room cleaned just an annoying thing to have to keep up with. Some of the employees had bad customer service did not receive any cleaning and nobody was at the front desk for checkout .

I had to beg for them to clean the room. Front desk extremely rude. No amenities. Had to pay $39 a night valet, no microwave in room, and empty bath wash.

The decor is up to date but that doesn’t matter if the upkeep isn’t there. I could easily tell after entering the room that it had not been properly cleaned in a while. There were stains on the walls as well as someone else’s hair in the shower. There was also multiple stains on the chaise which was one of the final straws of me not wanting to stay.
