Dining area was not cleaned daily. Floor was filthy with food droppings. Wait staff inattentive. There were staff members dining same day as myself. Wait staff ignore me to service them. We were the only people there. That was unacceptable for a paying guest to watch staff cater to hotel employees and ignore a paying guest. Valet service was not helpful. I would rather self park than deal with that and pay the high daily parking for staying at the hotel.

Overall the stay was alright. But received unexpected charges on my credit card. Without billing. On the Expedia site it was mentioned that it was free parking but not the case. Honestly that will be last that I will choose that hotel

Our AC unit did NOT work. They came around and took temp of my room and it read at 75 degrees but said since we only had one more night that we “should be fine. Whats one more night?” Checking in, I don’t think we could have had anyone with less patience. It was overall a horrible experience and I would recommend paying $50-$100 a night to stay somewhere else.

The number one thing was staff and service. The front desk lady with the piercings was terrible. She was not welcoming when we came in to check in. My friends and I traveled to Fort Lauderdale for my 30th birthday and service was just not welcoming. She had an attitude every time we spoke to her. Never smiled. It was uncomfortable for us to even go up to her because she was that horrible with an attitude.
