This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Fort Lauderdale. The staff was not friendly and more stand off ish because they seemed quite bored since the hotel was very quiet. Beach towels are tiny and the one I got was all ripped up. Breakfast is not included and you go and order it. No free coffee in the lobby either in the morning. I did not receive the room or view that I paid for, and the television did not work at all during my stay. I contacted the front desk to report issues, but no accommodations or resolutions were offered. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. Although I made the best of my stay, it did not meet my expectations.
Pool furniture is dirty
The price was good the location was just ok.
The fact that you have to pay valet is already ridiculous. The area was nice and the hotel looks new, the pool looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is. Overall the room was nice but everything needs to be requested with time, housekeeping and the car.
The hotel is trying to conserve on housekeeping and water. I was told I can only get housekeeping if I request it before 10am. I mean what if I overslept past 10am. The water pressure was low, there were crumbs galore in between the chair cushion in the room. Rusted shower head fixture, and rusted area around the back of the toilet, base of toilet needs to be caulked again. Housekeeping needs to step it up and maintenance. To close, most of front desk staff don’t look like they want to be there.
