Did not like location. Residential area. So everything was at least a 20min drive besides the beach. Hotel did not offer beach towels, chairs, umbrellas nothn as courtesy. Pool closed at 10p. I was unable to have a late check out and was disturbed twice by a knock on my room door at 9:30a and 10:30a from the cleaning crew asking when i would be leaving . Unprofessional. Whole vibe was off at this hotel. No future reservations

The hallway was unkept my entire stay! I had to re-clean my room upon check-in. The rooftop did not have fans; it was too hot to enjoy. The pool is too small. No water in room.

The staff wasn't very kind, and our room wasn't entirely clean when we arrived. It's a practical hotel being close to the ocean...but don't expect customer service, and check your room before you get in it.

The room was dirty, the table that was behind the bed had all types of dirty markings that were extremely visible. The walls were even dirty with also visible marks! I called three times for a laundry bag and I had to end up going to the maid and asking her for one. I got to the hotel early for an early check in. With that being said, I was told that it would be $25 for an early check in and I honestly had no problem with that. The room floor was not carpeted, and tiled/wood floor was sticky. No room sleepers or water bottle was provided. Parking charges too high.

Pictures DO NOT MATCH what you get upon arrival. The staff was rude and standoffish. They do not change sheets. Stripped my own bed left a pile in the Corner and the same sheets was placed back on the bed. Found a ROACH in my room!! Hotel staff took over an hour after initial complaint for hotel staff to come up to the room. Overall trashy high priced room.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. No food options. Under staffed. Paid extra for a room with a balcony. The balcony is barely big enough to even stand on. There is no front drop off area which makes it difficult to grab an uber or food delivery. Our room smelled like sewage and had no hot water. Location is very inconvenient. No walkable food, bar, coffee or store options. Also no drinking in the pool area which isn’t ideal for a vacation. Would not recommend this hotel.

Overall was unhappy with the property. They do not allow you to park your own vehicles and force you to pay a $39 valet fee, which is ridiculous.
