We arrived early and the check in person told us if we wanted a room then it would be a $25 charge. Finally we got into our room. The shower was not hot. Luke warm at best. The maintenance guy came up but no difference. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. The location was terrible. No restaurant without walking 30 min. Bad coffee. Room maintenance was “if requested” not a great experience

First the reservation was not complete. I had reserved and paid for 2 rooms and they only showed 1. After showing my confirmation e-mail. There was a long delay to find another room. Second- I had to request to have my room cleaned. Nobody showed up for 2 days. Third- Site did not provide coffee in the room or lobby. I don't think that is too much to ask when I am paying 250 dollars a night. Very Disappointed and will never stay at this property again.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at the Cambria. The only positive aspect of our experience was the front desk staff. The woman who welcomed us was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and we truly appreciated her attitude and efforts. Aside from that, the stay was quite underwhelming. Room was hot. Ac would die every night 4am till about 6am. The hot water was cold. No water pressure. Unable to use the various settings in the shower head. Ended up using PlanetFitness showers. Guests allowed to use pool and hot tub that were t guests. The pool furniture was disgusting and molded. Rude staff that go so far as the call you ungrateful for wanting the things fixed.

The staff wasn't helpful and the room didn't meet my expectation. But it was okay for one night.

Night staff was rude asked to change rooms abd even offered to pay more if possible and he said couldnt be done qould make them over booked but their website said they have " Rooms Available " if we didnt have the no cancelation from expedia we would have canceld and left

Room is clean but not functional. Water is luke warm at best and takes 5 mins to get to that. AC system is very loud. No soundproofing between rooms. No shuttle service. Room 101 is horrible location. parking
The charged me twice for Parking, because we had 2rooms and 1 parking. I need my $41 refund
