Some of the employees had bad customer service did not receive any cleaning and nobody was at the front desk for checkout .

I had to beg for them to clean the room. Front desk extremely rude. No amenities. Had to pay $39 a night valet, no microwave in room, and empty bath wash.

The decor is up to date but that doesn’t matter if the upkeep isn’t there. I could easily tell after entering the room that it had not been properly cleaned in a while. There were stains on the walls as well as someone else’s hair in the shower. There was also multiple stains on the chaise which was one of the final straws of me not wanting to stay.

The staff was terrible they are rude and messed up my whole reservation I had reservations for two rooms and once I arrived they said I didn’t with no where to go I was forced literally to get another room for a different rate they charged my card like ten different times which put me in a very difficult spot had to use other people Uber accounts that’s how bad it was the general manager was pleasant and tried fixing it but it didn’t fix my whole situation which then turned into a chain reaction of problems for me to overdra... read more

The floors were so dirty. We asked them to come and clean the 3rd day they said they couldn’t anymore they had to come back the next day. The next day we called stopped by the desk and reminded them. Close to 2pm we stopped again and said you cleaned right and the man mgr said no it’s too late they will be leaving soon. We were so mad and he said we didn’t remind him on time are you kidding.

The air conditioner in the room is extremely loud. The layout of the room was strange. For example, there is no chair or seating arrangement on the rooftop. The bed is facing the rooftop, but the TV is to the right of the bed. There was one plug for my charger that didn’t work. There were no shops in this hotel. Only one brunch spot. Unfortunately, my husband and I both had hair in our food and the service took forever. There is an advertisement that says Mariela’s Rooftop but there was no rooftop bar. It looked shut down.
