Amazing place. Staff was not the best - asked numerous times for towels and none we brought. Also room was not cleaned when we requested

Had some issues with check in. I arrived early and was told my room would most likely be ready at 2pm. I asked the front desk staff to please ck on the room and it was still not ready. Went out for lunch and returned at 3:30pm my room was still not ready. Went to the bar area for a drink. The room was finally ready at 3:50pm. The bathroom was not as clean as I had hoped.
