Far from main beach area- staff was rude- we had landed at 9 and were told we could get an early check in- we watched the hotel check in multiple guests before us- when we were finally given a room at 5pm an hour after check in…. Staff is very kind. This hotel does not offer room cleaning, you are to request a room cleaning daily before 10am at the lobby. I requested a room clean daily and never got one, they once showed up at 6pm when I was already in my room getting ready for the night. They also state that the room cleaning is a "light room clean" which I'm unsure of what it means. My room was sandy the entire trip since no one cleaned it. Upon arrival we had been sent a text to check in early but when we got there we were told we couldn’t. Ok, whatever. So we put our bags in storage and decided to hang out by the pool, which truly was the best part about this hotel. When we received a text that our room was ready, we were given our keys and to our surprise when we used the keys to get into “our room” it was actually someone else’s room with all of their belongings. Bar staff & food amazing!!!! Then; 1. Option for the 25.00 early check in, don't bother. It's literally not available and the front office manager will recite the reasons to you like a unfeeling machine. 2. We had to get 7 different room keys in the first 2 days. No, we didn't have them by cell phones or credit cards as we know how it can affect them.. 3. Went out to dinner first night after finally getting into room, and shower. So many problems. Spent 3 days trying to get my room cleaned. Room Keys stopped working everyday. None of the soaps in the shower were filled from the time we arrived to the time we left even though we finally got them to clean our room once. Got put in the wrong room and no one cared. Would not stay again. Shoutout to the waitress/bartender, she is fantastic and the best part of the hotel. Close to the beach. Pool is nice.

We ordered king bed. U ran out. U suprise us with 35$ / day parking. Ur happy hour was 14$ margaritas. We were 15 minutes too late to get our room cleaned. Had to bribe cleaner. We felt nickeled and dimed

Shower water was at most warm, definitely never hot. Disappointing. When we went to check out, the woman at the front desk said they could not process our check out and give us a copy of the invoice because she was doing an audit at 5 o’clock in the morning that was gonna take 45 minutes. When I pressed a little harder, she went to a different computer and ran the bill off just fine. Very confusing place.

We have stayed at Cambria before which is why we selected this one. Strike 1 was the week we were all scheduled to leave we started getting notifications that the first nights stay was being drafted which was fine but that should be listed on the web booking sites as a requirement not under reserve now pay on arrival! There were 5 rooms of us for Christmas vacation and we all arrived at different times.
