One of the front desk staff was very rude, not helpful whatsoever when I told him about things not working in my room. I went two without tv. The air stopped working.

There were not enough chairs at the pool, our room was serviced only once in 6 days, we had to request new coffee and cups daily, and the coffee cup tops did not fit on the bottoms. There was one front desk worker who was very rude when I requested our room to be cleaned. And then it never was.

I had a generally pleasant stay at the Kenmore Village Hotel. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and I was especially impressed by the convenience and accessibility of the parking, which is a rare find in Miami Beach. The location is also perfect for exploring the area. However, the post-checkout service regarding a lost item was quite disappointing. The room was very filthy and noisy. The staff is also incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would never stay here again.

Wasn’t very clear about the extra $41.00 per day on top of the rent if the hotel for valet. And there is no option for you to park for free or any visitors have to pay as well. I would have gone to a more expensive hotel if I knew I was paying nearly as much as I did
