Get directionsThey were one of the veery few hotels that had re-opened after the pandemic that had not bothered to re-open the restaurant, which was both inconvenient and a disappointment. The bar and restaurant area was anyway fairly small, and lacked any character or any real sign of life. There was a nice roof terrace that cried out for a bar service as did the swimming pool area, which somehow managed to be unwelcoming, despite photographing well. My room was large but had nowhere comfortable to sit. The one chair was both uncomfortab... read more
I was really excited to stay at the hotel with my boyfriend for our anniversary. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous as well as the pool area but as soon as we got to the hotel everything just went down hill from there. They gave us a handicapped room(never requested) and then the AC wasn’t working during the whole trip. When I called and spoke to the man at front desk I asked him how does the ac work bc maybe we were doing something wrong and he said well I’m not a technician idk how it works either I’ll just send someone u... read more
Close to the beach and updated. However, the room had glass doors to the bathrooms and a light that wouldn't turn off so the light was on all night. Difficult to sleep. The only way to shut it off was to remove the key so no electricity in the room worked. So, couldn't charge cell phone at night. Also, the air conditioner was loud and annoying. Disappointing for the price. The room was not comfortable for sleeping.
Manager was rude. I forgot my mask and she asked me if I would like one I replied yes. She didn’t hear me and assumed I said something smart then turned around and replied “do you want to try again”. I told her as a manger she shouldnt assume what she heard and reply rudely. Instead she should clarify what was said and proceed with the proper response. I wouldn’t stay here again. They also didn’t have any luggage carts which is odd. Had to carry all of our stuff to the room.
RIP OFF Inconvenient, poorly designed. No luggage carts forced 3 people to make four three flight trips up and down the elevator carrying heavy bags. Additionally, it's the type of of place where you need your key for everything (including the elevator or to merely turn on the lights in your room). This "eco - friendly" approach also gives you a non-functioning toilet. Heavy, sliding bathroom doors gave user little privacy and fellow guests access to the scents and not so subtle sounds of bathroom user's bodily functions. A ... read more
