En Expedia decia que el hotel tenia servicio de playa y es por lo unico que elegi el hotel . El hotel no tenia el servicio incluido y tenianos que pagar 65 usd por dia por eso servicio . Me parece mal que expefia ofresca servicios que no estan disponibles cuando llegas al hotel

My husband and I stayed at this hotel For 4 days and 3 nights. We were unaware that housekeeping services was only available per request. Our room became very unkempt and filled with sand everywhere, as we visited several beaches several times per day. The floors were slippery and unsafe due to sand.

This place was a disappointment . The pool was small with teenagers just loitering around. Not at all the same as the picture revealed. I paid a room supposedly with an ocean an view… could not even see the ocean. So don’t pay extra for that!

Not clean Beautiful hotel, but the bed had a blood stain on the sheet, had been washed but it was nasty to see that when we pulled the bedding back doing the bed bug check. They promptly changed it, but the stain wasn’t small and was gross. The coffee supplies were in a drawer in the room, when I went to make a cup the drawer was full of ants. The area under the bed was obviously not swept. Trash from previous guests left there. They were very apologetic though. Staff seemed embarrassed.

It took 20 min. of wasted water before hot water came out of the shower head... not quite éco-responsable.
