Residence Inn Bronx NY Staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast options and had a very comfortable sleep. Our room was well equipped with a nice kitchen area;which we did not expect but were very greatful for. It was a quiet and peaceful area with a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway and bus stops near by to the entrance of the complex. We also enjoyed the 10% discount at the Applebees...

Excellent The room does not had hot water due to a failure on the Boiler Room.

The hotel was convenient to the zoo and Fordham University. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond their duties to help us. My son left behind his homework assignment behind and the staff was able to send it to us so that it was not late. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great place in the heart of the city The Hotel room was excellent love, love, loved it, very comfortable and roomy, the staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. Loved the fact that they had turkey bacon as we are not pork eaters, that was a huge plus. I specially liked it because of its modern décor, I hate those old looking antique rooms. I would highly recommended as a matter a fact I just did and will definitely be returning!

pleasantly surprised This place was really nice in every way. As soon as you walk in, the scent of hotel was refreshing and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge areas were comfortable and had a modern and chic look. Will go back.

Just what we needed I was in town for a show (I'm a performing artist) and needed a hotel near the venue. This location was perfect and the reviews here on Hotels.com were good, so I gave them a shot. I liked that they were pretty near the highway exit/entrance. At night you'll want to keep your eyes open to find it, though. The hotel was part of a larger complex that had a Duncan Donuts, Applebee's, and café so...
