The staff here are impeccable,courteous and helpful I was on the 5th floor this time very quiet only quarrel I have is the beds are low in the master bedroom and because I have a problem with my knee it was difficult getting up and down without assistance. Property was in a industrial area, Amazon trucks and ambulances all day and night. And the train rail was also a factor of noise.

The overall service was excellent however there was long strains of hair everywhere then I found a roach in my bathroom ! Then someone'child was running across the floor banging and jumping from 6:45 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. had to call the desk 3 times

The rooms are a little dated at least mine was. I didn't reacall booking a handicapped room, but I will make sure not to do that again. Everything was awkward, no tub, no closet. Perfect for someone who needs those amenities awkward for someone who doesn't.
