A courteous and clean cut experience I positively recommend The Residence Inn Marriot Hotel to my friends relatives and anyone who needs assistance choosing a great vacation. At any event, the Marriott's staff welcomes everyone warmly, friendly and courtesly. The rooms are spaceous, meets the needs of their occupants, and the kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, and kitchen artifacts for your use.

Great place to stay I've really enjoyed my 3 visits to this hotel. Great room at a great price - bathroom and bed on one side of the suite, with workarea and kitchen on the other. Definitely will stay again. Don't go to City Island - trip is not worth it!

Second Time Business Visit Attentive staff. Clean, functional rooms and fitness center. Food quality is good. Free parking. Hotel location is ideal for conducting business at Montefiore, Albert Einstein, Fordham and Calvary Medical Center Campuses. Proximal to Applebee's and L.A. Fitness. I will definitely return to this hotel again when I conduct business in the Bronx.

Swing and a HIT for convenience and pricing Excellent choice is you are trying to visit friends,family,or work. Units are well set up, clean,and free on site parking. The staff is professional and helpful. The manager Michael Ferrara treated us as special guests..but was like that with everyone!! On site fitness facility 24/7, breakfast included, on site bar,plus lots of cozy sitting areas in the spacious (for NY)...

Great Staff and Enjoyable Visit Room was awesome! Cleaning crew was amazing!
