Staff was exceptional. Room was clean. Hotel was lovely and so was the room. Would stay again.

We liked the room, spacious, very nice kitchen area, with a nice size refrigerator. The kitchen was very complete. Everything was very clean. We were there one night for bereavement and I had to iron my husband's shirt. I took out the ironing board and when I looked at the iron, it had what looked like burnt fabric on it. Totally unusable. I called the front desk and they said housekeeping would come to replace it. They did not arrive (it was around 8:30 pm) so I called again and brought the iron down and the front desk had ... read more
