Bad experience As a new hotel I must say it was nice and clean breakfast was nice and location but I'm disappointed that in my two day stay at night got out of elevator to my floor and the smell of weed was so strong gave me a headache called front desk they said will investigate nothing to accommodate the next day...

Birthday Weekend Mike, Our hotel experience last weekend was magnificent. My entire family enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to shops and exercise facilities. Not to mention, your COOL birthday touch. The champagne and card was quite a surprise. You were AWESOME Thank You Fred --- Very Happy Customer and Birthday Guy!!!

A Surprise In The Bronx We had a medical appointment in the Bronx and were concerned about accommodations, given the, perhaps unfair, reputation of the area. The Residence Inn turned out to be great. Above and Beyond I could not have been more pleased with the courteous staff of the Residence Inn at Metro Center Atrium. Unfortunately my family and I suffered a loss of a loved one which brought us up to pay our respects. After speaking to a member of the staff in the hotel just asking, "How is your day going" - Sergio humbly...
