Hotel was very comfortable and clean for last min reservation especially in the Bronx. However, we partied in the city and came back to the hotel and while in our rooms having conversation we were bothered 2x because they said we spoke to loud. It was uncalled for we did not have music just talking and it was a only 4 people. Other then that great staff very pleasant.

Excellent! I can't even describe how wonderful it was to have such a great hotel in the Bronx! I loved it. The place was lovely and the staff were so very helpful and friendly. Would like to give particular kudos to Rachel -- front desk who was professional and friendly not only to me but to everyone with whom I saw her interact.
