Lovely stay in Bronx, New York The hotel lobby was gorgeously decorated and clean!! The patio was very cozy by the fireplace. Breakfast was great and the workers were very helpful. Our room was great, we were surprised how big it was! Bed was super comfortable. Just loved our stay at the Residence Inn. The location was perfect for me as it was close to family members and fairly close to attractions such as The bronx zoo and botanical gardens. Fabulous Great experience with the hotel. Not much to do in the area but the train is near by. Love the social events that they have with complimentary desserts and drinks

excellent service We took a red-eye from the west coast and was desperate to get some sleep. The hotel staff was very accommodating and let us check in earlier. Thank you so much. Overall the entire stay was enjoyable. I especially liked the comfortable bed.

Not what I expected We were attending a wedding, and I wanted a place to crash after so not to drive back upstate. I really expect much fro a hotel in the Bronx, but I was pleasantly surprised, but then I said to myself, Of course it’s a Marriott!!!!

I was impressed, especially for being in the Bronx. Very clean, welcoming & overall NO complaints. My kids & I def enjoyed our stay & will be staying in the future!

Wonderful hotel This was my boyfriend and I first time staying at a hotel. When we walk into our room we were very impressed. The room was clean and it had everything that we needed.
