Excellent! I can't even describe how wonderful it was to have such a great hotel in the Bronx! I loved it. The place was lovely and the staff were so very helpful and friendly. Would like to give particular kudos to Rachel -- front desk who was professional and friendly not only to me but to everyone with whom I saw her interact.

Great time. Was in town for a Broadway play,and celebrating our 23 wedding anniversary. The night manager sent up nice package for us. In thought that was very nice.
