It’s a family friendly hotel- Very clean with friendly and helpful staffs. Groceries can be easily delivered to the front desk. We only stayed for two days, but it was a good experience!

I went to the gym on Saturday saw no towels or sanitizer. Alerted the front desk and he had that look like whatever and just nodded. 45 minutes in the gym and he did not bring any towels, etc. Next day same issue, different employee. She resolved the issue asap. She brought the sanitizers herself and had the housekeeping staff bring the towels. This hotel was impeccable and very clean! Upon entering it smelled really good and the decor was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Zoo, but this is definitely a hotel that I would stay at again!
