Very nice hotel We had a very nice trip and enjoyef the quiet area in bronx. Hotel was very nice in all regards and the area felt safe both day and night.

I was happy to know that this hotel is pet friendly, very convenient!! love the outdoor chimney and cool lobby bar.
Staff was great and breakfast was great
unsure that it is only a hotel- may also be housing for city residents
Our room was not ready at checkin time. False fire alarm went off at 2 am and we could not hear the announcement. Heating unit was not efficient. Set it at 77 and room was still chilly.
