I used to love this place and everytime my family and I vacationed here we would come at least twice. Prices hiked and quality dropped. The cashier was extremely rude and short although they were not busy at all.
It ok food great staff but godfathers pizza way better
Pizza was average. Serve staff acted as though serving was hard on them. It would have been better if it was all self service
Boneless wings were good, but waiting 30 plus minutes for a takeout order and them screwing it up, not so good. It seems to be a normal occurrence here according to other reviews.
Staff was friendly. The pizza was ok the only thing I didn't like was the Italian sausage on the pizza. The taste was less than desirable.
Manager rude cashier rude prices on menu different then what they charge you. Never knew it was Xtra for dip when they ask you what kind you want. When asked why prices were different they became nasty and acted like a 4 dollar difference was nothing. Then they were so Smart they couldn't even add the difference correctly. This was one of my favorite places to go when we visited Galveston I told many people about Pappa's Pizza. Sadly after waiting for 45 minutes for 10 wings and 2 slices of pizza and being told by an employee to sit down and chill cause I asked about my order. I got up and told the employee I will just get a refund and he was quick to tell me go ahead and go get a refund.
