Ordered pizza at 5:30 when I called at 6:30 because it had showed ready for delivery for 40 minutes I was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I called back the rude lady who answered stated that the pizza had just come out and that it was being cut. When it actually arrived the pizza wasn't fresh and had been sitting around for quite sometime. The staff here was super rude. We waited in line then at our table to get our pizza, only to get half of our order. I tried to ask a staff member if our other pizza was coming out but he wouldn’t answer me. He told me to go wait in a very long line again to ask if our other pizza was coming out. We left. We love Galveston but not Papa’s
1 hr to receive 2 salads, 2 slices of pizza and order or noodles for my special needs son. Attempted to get attention from cooks who refused to assist me. Approached the manager, and then heard cooks get upset. They ignored us again for 10 more mins. Spent $60 for crappy service to the point I nearly lost it, exploding in their lobby. Will never visit this place on vacation during our yearly family vacation. Don’t come here with a special needs child because they won’t care about them.
This place is ghetto fabulous. Dirty rest rooms with no toilet paper. LOUD! Uncooked chicken wings. Waited over 50 minutes for a pizza. The guy who works the dinning room was very nice and helpful to everyone though. All the employees I saw were working hard and steady. Obviously better management is needed.
I have at this establishment close to maybe 60 times never had a problem today I went in and order chicken parmesan to go along with a piece of chocolate cake chocolate. the chicken was hard some parts of it was almost like black and I asked for extra cheese I barely got any cheese at all. the cake was a tiny piece of cake super small piece I have ordered cake from you guys a million times and it's always been a nice size piece of cake in fact I've had never been disappointed.. Way too overpriced. Ridiculous prices. 2 pizzas, 2 salads 4 drinks. 83.00 dollars
took over 1.5 hrs to receive our order, service was horrible and the food was disgusting.
Pizza sucked and sitting room sucked the only thing good was wings. The rest was nasty
Terrible service and rude workers!! Lost my appetite couldn’t make it to the food for getting past the piss poor attitude of employees working here
