RecommendedWhile visiting Galveston I had several good experiences with Papa's- until today. I ordered online at 4:19 PM for a 6:00 PM delivery. At 6:30 I was on the phone to find out where the pizza is. I was told they don't have any delivery drivers today. With my phone number on the order, the courteous thing to do would have been to call - now, what to do for dinner? Won't be pizza from Papas. Very disappointed. I will really have to think about using them again.

I ordered a large pizza for $19.99. They charged me $30.00 for the pizza , a total with delivery, $40.00. When I called to inquire, the manager explained that instead of a large or extra large, they claimed I "super stupendous, gargantuan" BS. She didn't offer to make it right as I DID NOT order anything other than a large. this is ridiculous. I would never recommend them. never.

We waited 2.5 hours on our pizza last night. The 2 times we called we waited over 20 minutes for someone to come back to the phone after immediately being placed on hold. Come to find out they had to make us a second pizza for delivery. Horrible customer service.

8/19/22 Ordered a large deluxe pizza for carry out and a side salad. Prep time was reasonable. But when I got home with my order, the salad was a 1/2 filled, six inch bowl with iceberg lettuce that was brown on the edges and two thin slices of tomato. There was no croutons, no olives, no mixed greens, and no breadstick as promised. The salad was $7.99. The pizza was delicious as always but was supposed to be a deluxe.
