Ryan had the worse customer service said he is the son’s owner and didn’t matter if I bad reviewed him or the place he been bad reviewed before I not once raised my voice or curse I simply asked to speak to the manager and he simply refused me service said it’s time for you to go theirs the door keep walking I was simply shocked that you are the son’s owner to get this type of customer service
March 1st 2022 pm... meatball sandwichs we're cold..I had to ask them to heat it up... and they acted like they did not believe us..

Yuck. Food was gross . Pizza was edible- wings were definitely not worth it
actually let the customer know their food is ready instead of letting it get cold before telling them it's ready
First, deals are only if you order online and pick up. Second, for the price the portions are xtremely small. We order chicken wi gs and they were very dry and thin with almost no meat on them. The fried mushrooms were fried pieces of mushroom and a small amount. The pizza and calzone were ok in size but lacked the usual italian seasoning flavors.
We are still waiting for our delivery. I understand how backed up you guys were, I was wondering since we've paid for our order, will we get it eventually tonight? After we found out the delivery driver came to the hotel, with room number and phone number, the driver chose to leave with our food. We waited for the 2 hour delivery and chose local over chain. I understand being busy and understaffed but this was completely unacceptable.
No to my liking. Got the crazy fried which tastes like someone just puked it up. They must have changed the recipe because it used to be get and I would eat it all. Could hardly eat 3 bites. Never been a fan of their pizza either.
RecommendedRude on the phone. Called to make an order and asked if there were any specials. The man said we had to go online to get any savings. I asked why can’t we just call and make an order on the phone just the same. The guy said that is how they do it and I could open up my own restaurant if I wanted that, then hung up. What a terrible attitude. Rude and cocky.
